PERSONALIZED: Once you purchase the puzzle and provide the name you want included on the cover, I will develop a mock-up, send it to you to get your approval. Once approved, I will send the personalized file to the printing lab so printing can begin. Once the lab has complete printing your unique item, it will be shipped in a sturdy photo mailer to you.

Since production of personalized items is dependent upon getting the customer’s approval, your item can't be be processed or shipped until I receive customer approval. This means production and shipping timelines can take longer. It can ship within 3 days, but it could take longer.
