Returns:
In general, I do accept returns if notified withing 14 days after delivery of an item. However, I cannot accept returns for custom and personalized orders, which includes any print over 8x10.
Cancellations:
In general, I accept cancellations that I receive within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the item you purchased is either being processed or is already at a production printing lab and cannot be cancelled. Please be mindful when purchasing of this time frame.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
